If you’re here then you must at least be a little curious about my coaching style!
My coaching has at its foundation a Nutritional aspect.
While clients usually receive Exercise and Mindset coaching, those two are intertwined with, build off of, and help build up, the Nutritional aspect. This is because even if you have an awesome mindset and do amazing exercise sessions, if your nutrition is poor, your results won’t be what you want.
I know. Because I did just that.
So how does it work?
Well, first off, I find out a little bit about you. Your goals. Your aspirations. What you really want to do. What you have time to do and are willing to do. You can tell me here!
Then we start slow. Every two weeks you get a new habit. Some are mindset in nature. Some exercise. Most are nutritional. But they are all synergistic. They help each other.
A habit may be something like, “eat slowly and mindfully”, or to “eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day”.
But why every two weeks? Why not a whole bunch to work on at once?
Well, this way you have time to “get good” at that habit before getting another one. I used to give people a whole “laundry list” of things to do. “Eat this, not that, exercise at this time, give up that, etc.” A lot of coaches do this. And a lot of clients fail! I wondered why many people never succeeded with it!
Now I do my best to make it easy. An experiment. Fun. Too easy to fail.
And if something doesn’t work out? Try a different approach! I’m not here to chastise you. Or judge you. If you feel that way, I’VE FAILED. I’m here to help you get better.
It’s not a “get fit quick” scheme. This is a process. It’ll take time.
We’ll figure out how YOU work. How YOUR body responds. We are creating your “owner’s manual”. So you’ll make progress, and there will likely be setbacks. Just like real life. But I work with you and do my best to make it as easy, convenient, and (competitively) affordable as possible.
Now you may be wondering…how long is it? How much is it?
These are all really good questions. And I will answer them all.

Believe it or not, I’m going through coaching myself! I’m going through a full year of coaching through Precision Nutrition’s habit based curriculum, and I offer the same.
A program that is up to a year long. Clients can start with packages of 3, 6, 9, or 12-month “commitments”, but get this:
